What could a Churchgate Membership mean to you?
First of all, you get to fish at these beautiful lakes!
Tackle Runs?
Yes. Upon arrival to the fishery you will be met in the car park by a member of the team and have your fishing gear loaded onto one of our two buggies. Your fishing gear will then be taken to your booked swim for you. Additionally if you decide you would like to move mid-session, we will offer the same service and then obviously the same for when you are packed up and ready to leave.
Nets, Slings, Cradles?
Yes. As an ongoing commitment to our members and the protection of our fish, Churchgate have teamed up with Trakker to provide the Sanctuary Crib, V2 Floatation Sling and 2 x Sanctuary T8 Landing Nets for every session. Your carp care kit will be delivered to you / your swim when you arrive to fish.
Pre-booking of swims?
Yes. After becoming a member of Churchgate Lakes, you will be added to our in-house booking system (swimbooker) which will enable you to make bookings up to 21 days in advance. This is done on a swim-specific basis ensuring you are getting exactly what you want ahead of your arrival.
Electricity & WiFi?
Yes. All of our swims at Churchgate Lakes are equipped with electric hookups and premium broadband WiFi is being rolled out across the complex. All members have unlimited use of these features whilst fishing on our banks.
MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES AND HOW THEY WORK
Standard Membership – Concession £250 / Adult £300
Pay-as-you-go fishing at current session rates. Day Ticket rates are listed further down.Silver Membership – £850
This includes the standard membership fee. Includes 40 fishing credits, each equal to 12 hours. Credits may be used flexibly throughout the year 7 days a week.
Additional credits may be available at a discounted rate (TBC).
Gold Membership – £850 (Midweek Only)
This includes the standard membership fee.
Unlimited midweek fishing from Sunday 7pm to Friday 7am, subject to the following conditions:
– Maximum session length of 60 hours
– Minimum of 72 hours between sessions
– One active booking at any time
Weekend sessions may be booked separately at standard rates.
Platinum Membership – £1,250
This includes the standard membership fee.
Unlimited fishing 7 days per week, subject to the following conditions:
– Maximum session length of 60 hours
– Minimum of 72 hours between sessions
– One active booking at any time
Sessions longer than 60 hrs may be booked, subject to standard rates for the extra hours.
ALL PACKAGES ARE FOR ALL 3 LAKES & INCLUDE THE MEMBERSHIP FEE SO THAT IS ALL YOU PAY FOR THE YEAR.

All new members are vetted by way of an interview process. All potential candidates must have general carp care knowledge and be willing to follow the fishery rules.

NOTES: Membership runs from 1st March - 28th/29th February annually. No matter when you join during the year, your renewal date will always be by the following March 1st. Members can book 21 days in advance. We have a strict 48hr cancellation policy, anybody that does not cancel at least 48hr prior to their booking commencement will be liable for the full cost of the booking.
Most fisheries operate either a syndicate or day ticket system. Here at Churchgate we give you the best of both with the luxuries of membership exclusivity, and the flexibility of day ticket charges. Instead of having to pay a large up front fee for the year, we help you spread the cost of your fishing with a moderate up-front sign up fee then you pay as you go. This suits the occasional angler but if you have the time to get out on the bank regularly, this season for the very first time we are offering syndicate style membership packages with either inclusive or even unlimited upfront packages available. We also have an online booking system through Swimbooker letting you view availability and book from the comfort of your armchair at home.
